Order Processing
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or Remote Locations
We ship to addresses across India, including P.O. boxes and remote locations. However, shipments to P.O. boxes or remote areas may require additional processing time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Leather Carts is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (GST, etc.).
Damages
Leather Carts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
